This is My Story

Kristen Harper is a Health & Wellness Speaker, Arcturian Starseed, and Founder of Perfect Health Consulting Services, LLC.  As a role model and motivator, Kristen has a unique connection with her audience that derives from her own personal journey towards wellness and happiness.  Before becoming a success, Kristen struggled with health issues and an eating disorder. 

Kristen founded her company Perfect Health Consulting Services, LLC in 2009, with the goal to help people achieve perfect health taking a natural & holistic approach.  Her education includes:

• 2001 Bachelor’s of Science in Business Administration Management Degree with a certificate in Entrepreneurship, Northern Arizona University

• 2006 Master’s Degree in Administration with an emphasis in Health Promotion, Northern Arizona University

• 2009 Nutritional Balancing Science / Hair Analysis Diploma, Westbrook University

• 2018 Hair Analysis Certification, Malter Institute

• 2020 Certified NES Health Practitioner

• 2020 Biofeedback Specialist Certification, Natural Therapies Board

• 2024 Certified Vibrational Sound Practitioner, Natural Therapies Board

Kristen speaks to a variety of audiences, including big companies, such as United Healthcare.  She has been interviewed on many radio shows and podcasts, including ESPN.  Her presentation style is full of passion.  She speaks on health and wellness topics!  Kristen inspires audiences to get healthy, happy, and motivated!
